On the palate the wine is pure, velvety and beautifully resolved ... a serious upgrade today in magnum! 1975 was considered a very warm vintage back in the day, but the wine comes in at 13.5 percent octane and seems ideally ripe by today’s new standards, post-global warming. Great juice at its apogee, but still with at least a couple of decades of life ahead of it in magnum! (Drink between 2021-2040)”
